how do you measure the id (inner diamiter) of a master cylinder?

Usually its stamped on them

13/16 or 15/16 are civics and 1in are Integras.

all nissin mc's should say what size the piston is on the side, 13/16's 15/16's and 1"

thanks guys, when i went to buy the 15/16 yesterday it was actually stamped on there lol and when i looked at my old one it was stamped on there to. so i was like wtf so i started looking at all the other ones i had, and most of them didnt have any, so you win some you loose some but damnit i can stop now wiiiii
