Ecu Not getting power!!!

Bare with me guys if you dont understand ill try to explain the best i can. Alright i have come into a problem with my civic... its a 2000 honda civic si with a lsvtec swap. now to the problem i am having. so the civic wont turn over replaced the battery, check the ecu fuse under the hood, switch out the main relay still nothing, also tried a different ecu nothing. but the car gets power to everything but fuel pump doesnt prime when turn to acc before turning to start. i have notice when turn to acc mode with the key the battery light and check engine light doesnt come on. yet when i push the clutch in and try to start the motor the battery light and check engine light barely light up.... but once i let the clutch out i hear a click and both lights go out....(ebrake light comes on when key turn to acc) hopefully this make some kind of since to you guys if not let me know ill try to revise it to make it more understandable.

yea, rick hit it. check the main harness ground on the thermo housing!!!
