Chip Burner??

i was wondering if anyone had a chip burner.....and would a burn a chip for me and ill pay for shipping and maybe a lil extra for doing it.....i dont want to buy a chip burner for only using it once.......thanks

p.s. i already have a .bin for it....i just need it burned onto a chip.....thanks
