interior panel removal

anyone know how to remove the dash panel that surrounds the radio and climate controls off from a eg civic?

does the dash need to be removed?

There should be 2 screws on each side you just take those out and pull the console up it should come right out. The E brake cover might need to be removed too. But to get to the climate control you shouldnt have to take out the WHOle dash if thats what your meaning. Once you get the Plastic shroud off theres 4 screws and its easy as pie.
