Headlights Fogging Help please?

Ok i brought some new headlights for my 97 Honda civic ex because the old ones looked like shit. I have only had them on about two days now and the passenger side one is already a little fogged it is not as clear as the driver side one. Any suggestions on how to stop this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. There are also little gears on them anyone know what they do they like they adjust something but not sure what you can twist them left and right cant seem to figure out what is wrong Thanks

The gears adjust your beam, the gogging could be due to a bulb not being in right, or possibly a bad seal. My TL headlights do it maybe 3x a year when it gets super humid or something, but it goes away.

Where did you get the new ones?

They are brand new from ebay I know that this is not the best place to buy them but i got them off craiglist really cheap and they had never been used before. I dont know the headlights are fogged but the one is not as clear as the other one and i dont see any moisture in there. They have been on the car 2 weeks now and it has not gone away. Any ideas??
