Rpm's drop after start, then bogging later.

Ok i have a 2000 ex couple 5 speed it has a y8 out of a 97 idk if that makes much of a difference, but i bought the car with a spun bearing and swapped it in so i have no clue if it had the problem before. So i start my car and it runs fine then about a min or to it will drop out all the way and sputter or it will just be boggy for a moment, but that's not it when i'm driving and i accelerate it will bog some times but i'm boggled no codes i have replaced wires, dizzy, plugs, fuel filter, fuel pump, no luck yet but it seams to get worse when the tanks low so that's why i figured i needed a pump but i needed one anyway=)
