Where can I find head studs?

So i had a frozen stud that broke off in the block. Had to take the block to a automotive machine shop to get the broken stud out. At the same time I asked him to find me a replacement stud. Guy said he has called everywhere and no one has it. So, I am wondering does anyone know a place that I should try to find one. I havent been to the junk yard yet. Just got the block back the other day and the weather has been crappy. In the mean time, pics:
