Free Rev Til Rev Limiter...??????

90 Integra B18B obd0 car was automatic before but had obd1 motor in it & no problems, swapped the working no problems b18b from another 90 integra & now when you start the car it free revs to the rev limiter, anyone got any guesses? adjusted timing, adjusted idle screw, tps isn't hooked up, throttle cable isn't hooked up...so ya, any help would be appreciated

install the throttle cable
remove intake arm and check to make sure the throttle body play is stuck/binding or lodge in the open position
only other thing i can think of that would cause this issue is a large vacumm leak'

but install the throttle cable, remove intake and open the throttle plate by move the spring/cable under the good and check for binding issues and so fourth'

when i went with a 70mm throttle body during cold weather conditions my plate would "stick" and rev as well

I think it's the intake manifold/im gasket, it seems to not be tightened enough but I can't get to the bolts to tighten them so ya, I dunno. Haha.
