Car sputters when punched from an idle!!!!

ok i have a 90 civic hatch with a jdm b16a ond1 sir swap all converted over with boomslang harnesss and all that jazz ok well my car has been torn apart for some time now and i got it back going but when u give it gas from an idle it like sputters or misses out i drained the tank and flushed like 5 gallons through it filled it back up with lucas injector cleaner and put a new fuel filter on it and it still does this i have not drove it much bc i have been finding out crap that is wrong right now but wondering if anyone had anymore ideas, as far as mods the engine is stock with shit intake and header and 2.5 exhaust.

please help

Any CELs? When's the last time you did a full tune up on it?

If you think it feels like a fuel related issue check the screens in the injectors. I had rust in my tank and it got through the filter and clogged at the injectors.

but if the screens were plugged it would do this all the time, it only does it from idle to about 2500 to 3000 after that its fine well seems fine.

not really just like if u rev it from idle or are taking off from a light it will sputter till it gets to a higher rmp then it screams with no probs. i thought it might be the fuel pump but u would think if it was that it would stutter on the top end
