I have an 04 Si with a Greddy T53 Turbo with an E-Manage installed. The E-Manage is currently interupting the signals from the readyness sensors coming from my rear O2 and Catalyst Threshold, which in turn keeps me from being able to get my car tested for emissions since my stock ECU can't see those two sensors. I know a K-Pro would fix that problem and prevent many more, but I can't afford one at the moment. I don't want to risk running a dummy wire from the sensors because of the risk of frying the cars components. If anyone knows a low cost, low risk method of getting the ECU to see the readyness sensors, I'm open to suggestions.

what you are asking to do is pretty much impossible.

Does any one think reprogramming the stock ECU could work?

well without the emanage the car wont run correctly and will cause other codes, he wont pass even with just 1 code.

With the car being an 04, I can have one readyness sensor be off, but not two. If I disconnect the emanage, I would have to drive the car for over an hour for the the sensors to come on. Thats too big of a risk and would most likely result in engine failure. The only way I might be able to do that would to just put the car on a dyno with cruise control on... but I might as well just save that money and get a kpro instead.

The engine produces an estimated 240hp, but it has yet to be dyno'd. It could be very well be producing more than that. A tuned kpro would put it over 300hp if done right.

We need a little more information here, what your saying is that you have modified your exhaust and don't have a cat convertor or a rear O2 sensor anymore?
There is no such thing as a readiness sensor, but there is a readiness monitor that test to see if the sensors are there and functional. Do you have codes and if so what are the code numbers? Is the CEL on?

Computer Issues - Can't Pass Emissions Test
I bought the car with the exhaust already installed. It passed emissions when I first got it, but I did some work on my engine and disconnected my battery. When I did that it reset everything so now the stock ecu can no longer see the readiness monitors for the rear O2 and catalyst threshold. The wires that are connected to those sensors go into my emanage instead of the ecu. So once the ecu was reset, it lost all connection with the readiness monitors for those two sensors. So when I get checked for emissions, they can only plug into the stock ecu and not the emanage. Everything is functioning, so I dont have any codes. They will occassionally pop up, especially from cold weather, but they eventually go away on their own.
