why would you get a new junk remaned dizzy from the auto parts store if it could just be your coil or icm that is bad? you can buy those seperately ALOT cheaper than a new oem dizzy.

download yourself a helms manual and then you can perform just about 114,479,468 tests that it outlines..

thats real easy, you should be able to hear it prime from inside the car when you turn it on (mechanical noise coming from the top of the gastank) and you should hear the main relay click (one click down in the bottom left corner where the dashboard and the d/s door meet)

yeah theres a click but the pump isnt working. guess il get a new one and hook it up to see if that fixes it. could the fuel pump be bad from the car sitting in my garage for 3 months and not running?

don't think so. Did you ever run you car low on fuel and drive around with the fuel light on? because that is able to burn up the fuel pump.
