fitv question

Post by DC_T »

Hey everyone. I am putting my lsvtec back together, and getting ready to swap it into my 93 hatch. My question is, I was given an obd2 gsr throttle body that I was going to use, but it does not have a fitv. Will using this throttle body w/ no fitv effect my idle? It will still be using the iacv, but I didn't know if no fitv will cause any problems, especially in cold weather. I am using an obd1 ecu w/ hondata, if that makes any difference. thanks.

I plugged and bypassed my fitv on my b18b and I don't really have any warm up idle issues.
