i got problems, input please!!!

alright the crx isnt running very good, when your cruising down the road and push the gas to the floor it completely cuts out almost like you turn the ignition off then back on then it picks back up and takes off. i have replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump and checked the wiring to the tps (dpfi to mpfi conversion) and nothing has helped. i dont have any cels either, anyone have any ideas?

I dont know but just throwing this out there but maybe a bad injector?

Have you tried a different basemap?

Check the calabration of the TPS.

If I remeber I hade a simmilar problem at one point when i added a FPR. The engine was getting way to much fuel and chking out. Hook up the wideband before you sell it ot me and see.

+1 finally someone typed it up before i had to gather the energy too, a bad injector wouldnt have any effect like this

the civic was actin the same way and it needed plugs and wires.

like right above.. sounds like a misfire to me, dizzy, plugs, wires would be my first bet

Wasnt sure but the more I think about it sounds like what my car did with a bad ecu.

the tps is adjusted right plugs and wires are newer the engine ran fine in my red car now that its in the black one its acting up. the only difference is the fuel system which i already went thru and the wiring i redid everything, so may have gotten some wires crossed or something its the only thing i can think of. im gonna trace all the wires and make sure they are going to the right pin on the ecu so if anyone is free tonight feel free to shoot me a pm if you want to come hang out and trouble shoot the car i could always use an extra pair of hands... tia
