cams???? will they work

i was wondering if i do drop some skunk 2 stage 2 cams this summer with dc cam gears, its a b16a SiR II with a CTR tranny, lsd kaaz locker, lightweight flywheel, stage 2 clutch, cold air intake, aebs manifold, aem fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator,ngk plugs/wires,header, 2.5 piping,hks hi power muffler....i know that i need retainers and other things but will my motor be able to run fine after a tune with the stage 2 pro cams or will it be too much? any opinion will help

Will they work? Yes. But, you wont be using the cams to their fullest potential on your stock bottom end. Those cams need some compression to work. Id stick with the tuner series cams, and go with a stage 1 for your setup. Just my .02

smart would have been for the thread starter to hit that search button on many forums. this has been gone over again and again, but no one wants to do any research!!!!!!!! yes phate touched on the situation, however not totally. i wish that people would do just a little research instead of being lazy and relying on others to do the work for them.
