i want an acura el valve cover for a d16y8 i cant find one...

ive been looking for the 1.6l vtec val. for some time now. searched everything in u.s.a. and canada. let me know if there is a site where i could pick one up.

Acura never used a D16Y8 in they're cars.

Yes in 1996 and 1997 Acura 1.6EL

The 97s only if i remember correctly came in a 1.7EL, which was essentially a 01-05 civic ex engine.

just use a z6 valve cover...it doesn't have the 1.6 but it has the VTEC...

the 97-00's are the 1.6 EL, and 01-05(< i think are the 1.7EL) . after that it became a CSX i believe.
