It's not intermittent. It is constantly on. It has been on for about a year now.Spork;92468 wrote:http://hondaswap.com/civic-ep-fa-fg/200 ... ode-76795/

all of your responses to me come off as hostile/condescending. so i will quit saying anything. i posted that in response to you and Dale talking, and it turns out he DID find it of interest. then you asked me to save the link for you, so i did. Plus, you haven't even gotten your read yet to see if there is a code showing or if its just the light. thank you, have a nice day.SweetEBPSi;92472 wrote:It's not intermittent. It is constantly on. I'm not trying to come off as being hostile/condescending. I was just saying that my SRS light is not intermittent. However, I did find it interesting. I know that I haven't gotten a code yet. This is why I made this thread to see if anyone happens to work at a shop that has an SRS reader. I do appreciate the help in finding/posting articles about my problem.Spork;92473 wrote:all of your responses to me come off as hostile/condescending. so i will quit saying anything. i posted that in response to you and Dale talking, and it turns out he DID find it of interest. then you asked me to save the link for you, so i did. Sucks you have to pay someone $105 just to find a code. I understand they will tell you whats wrong but why cant they just plug it in give you a code and you be on your way 2 minutes later?MidoriMiller;92477 wrote:Honda- $105

Well, apparently every dealership service department charges different prices. St. Louis Honda charges $130. I just called Ed Napelton and they charge $65 and will narrow it down to exactly what it is. I was going to go to Just Hondas off of Lemay Ferry, and they wanted about $70 to check it. I kinda have to get this done because its up for plate renewal. I just don't understand why people will buy a ECU code reader but no shops or parts stores buy a SRS code reader. Are the plug ins different from car make to car make?99preludesh;92478 wrote:Sucks you have to pay someone $105 just to find a code. they (honda) have to pay the tech to do the work, if honda made a better SRS sytem in which it was easier to pull the code up without the use of a special computer then it probably wouldnt be so expensive.99preludesh;92478 wrote:Sucks you have to pay someone $105 just to find a code. However, it costs the same to have a cel pulled, but you can by a code reader for 80 bucks and delete it anytime you want..
