Poopy looking white-ish Civic hatch in SoCo Friday night (12/19)

I was standing next to three cars (one of which was my wagon) with a few people in the Home Depot parking lot around 10pm Friday night when a white Civic hatch probably like a 93-ish pulled up one row over and turned its lights off. It was mostly white however the paint was pretty spotty.
'Ol dude would rev his engine up every 10-20 seconds or so. I never went over to see if he wanted to race, figured it was a ecoslut 1.5 or something. Anyway, after a few minutes he drove off and managed to get a 2nd gear scratch out of the tires going North on Lindbergh. Was this anybody on here? Just wondering if they were searching for a race? I was about ready to come over and see if you wanted to lose your milk money but you took off.

could have been alot of people but did it have white wheels?
