Late model RSX w/ black rims; Ofallon, IL

Saw the newer body style RSX on hwy 50 in O'fallon il about a quarter till 12 today. A guy was driving it in about his mid-twenties. It was lowered, had black rims with a polished lip, and a JDM Ego plate fram on the back. The car looked good, but I don't know if the persson is on here. I was in a blue 1st gen crv.

I've never seen this RSX before. Does he live in O'Fallon?
