Helicopter circling 94 & Harvester

So when I got home right at midnight tonight and got out of the car I noticed a helicopter with a search light circling around by the Harvester and 94 intersection, right over the Golf Park place.

I just want to know if anyone caused some shit in the area lol

They could be looking for somebody/ something, sometimes they just light up stuff like traffic stops and what not. Its really crazy when they turn the spotlight on and your underneath it. Really they just screw around up there until something happens.

No, there was a huge accident on 70 right by there, had the entire highway shut down around 10:30pm. Or atleast the big led sign said 2 left lanes blocked, and by the time i got to the cave springs accident every lane was a dead stop...

Dale is correct... That is not even close to being the same area.

I drove past the accident on 70 last night right after the Semi-Truck exploded into flames. No need for a helicopter to have a spot light on that to see what happened.

As for the helicopter, I've seen this before when I went over to a friend's house in O'Fallon. Helicopter was circling his area with the spot light on... turns out a drunk driver / hit and run and they were chasing him down.

just to brag a little bit, it was probably my uncle, he flies helicopters for the stlpd.

I'm not gonna lie... why would STLPD be out in Saint Charles County / City?

I could understand if it were a STL news station... but not police. But Props to Tyler for trying to look cool!

he helps out with other counties as well, but i knew it wasnt him, he's actually in FL with my cousin moving him down, but i was just trying to be cool. it worked right?
