bluish 4th gen Prelude around Best Buy St. Peters

[Jacques]

Saw a bluish 4th gen near Best Buy in St. Peters. It had a bodykit (didn't look all that good tho'), wheels, exhaust, and what appears to be brackets for the rear wing, but no wing. He cut in front of me at the stop sign (I wasn't in the Prelude) even though I clearly had the right-of-way and was already moving forward...what an a-hole.
