Winter prep?

Post by 02Type-S »

Do you guys do anything to prepare your cars for winter? Today on my Integra I degreased and scrubbed wheelwells and undercarriage, sprayed rust converter in the wheelwells, sprayed the entire frame, wheelwells and undercarriage with undercoating, and coated the exhaust system with rustproof black paint. And rotated the tires. lol

My Integra is rust free an I plan to keep it that way haha

The civic gets stored in my garage with the dehumidifier on. The s2000 just got a radiator flush and I'm working on doing a few other things before it gets stored for the winter

I just make sure I get a couple good coats of wax on the paint, and spray the underside with water repellant stuff to help keep nasty salt-filled snow melt from building up. I also powerwash the underside throughout the winter to help keep salt build-up to a minimum.

POR-15 is amazing stuff. Used it on the frame of my buddy's old K15 Blazer.

You don't know what you're talking about. You're not very smart, and the things you're saying are nonsense. And I'm not angry. But you do need to shut up.
