Red 4th Gen Prelude

As I was rolling home from my gf's house going east on 64 around 11pm. A red body kitted 4th gen prelude was giving me the stink eye. I looked around and thought about it for two seconds and then was like nah this is my exit.
As I'm moving over into the exit lane the 'lude revs and what sounds like a turbo spools and a about a 1 ft long flame shoots out the back exhaust.

Glad I dodge that epic lose... hahaha. Any clue who that is?
