I Need Help...Del Sol...
Anyone wanna come over & explain/fix why this thing won't start? Just put a new clutch in & hooked everything back up the way it was & think everythings good but no go. Doesn't even attempt. Could be something simple. Toss whoever a few dollars/parts/gas/food/beer/whatever for their time. I just need to get this pain in the ass out of here & I'm tired of messing with it. Of course I'll help but ya, I'm still not the brightest at working on these. Relpy, PM me, or call. 314-775-7850. I'm available whenever. Car is partially in the garage & partially outside so warmed the weather the better. Thanks. Greg.

Was pretty sure I got them all. I plan on going over it all again tomorrow & check & possibly redo them if they don't look good.

Haven't got to mess with it. It's been sitting awhile. It's not the battery. Pretty sure it's a ground.

Did you mess with the clutch sensor thing? the sensor that tells the ecu that the clutch is disengaged and it can try to start.

Explain more, I don't know what your talking about. I've always been good at helping work on Hondas, never really did much on my own except swapping my h22 accord clutch. This was way more of a bitch.HondaChild;96086 wrote:Did you mess with the clutch sensor thing? the sensor that tells the ecu that the clutch is disengaged and it can try to start.

I think he's talking about the cluth/neutral safety switch..? ..When you press on the clutch, you close the switch, completing the circuit to the starter to crank the engine. Well, if the switch doesn't close all the way, car won't start.

Oh ok, gotcha. Hard to check to see if its working when there is only 1 of me. I'll make sure to check it out if I can though.
