barbecue pre plan

i know it is hells early but i thought i would start early i am planning on have a barbecue this coming spring at the new house i was wanting to get some ideas we dont have to worry to much about the noise my neigbors are all gear heads i figure we could eat play some 360 ps3 wii on the big screen i got for x-mas do any body small mods they may need done and then later do some cruiseing or racing post any thought about dates or comments help me out here guys

all right guys i am located in saint charles so here is my thoughts i will supply the meat so what i need from everyone is this we are going to need everyone to bring one thing but we wan to keep down on ppl double what other are brings so what we will do is this im going to start a list of how is comign and what they willing be bringing and how many ppl are coming with kids are welcome as i have one and one on the way

also if you would like to put up idea of when would be the best time month wise for you so we can get a good date to set

If you have a big enough yard, we have washers and volleyball. We also have one of those EZ Up 12x12 canopies if you don't have shade.

the yard is big enough for washer and volleyball i am sure and i a have open style deck and another half that i am try to finish off with a hot tub so im sure we can fit it if need be any body have any ideas of when would be good for the majority on a date and yes i dont like period
