All because these kids were skateboarding they all got arrested. The cop was a complete asshole about it too. Yeah the kids shouldnt have run but also the cop chokin the girl was a little uncalled for.
I thought the kid running across the street was pretty damn funny too haha.

Actually you're idiots. You run from cops, you get handcuffed and possibly arrested. PERIOD. Looked legit to me. He may have used a bit of excessive force, but his actions were law abiding.

Im still confused after he choked the girl why he insisted on choking the other kid too then slammed him to the ground when he wasnt even resisting. Looks to me as the kid stumbled over that girl.

he was probably paniced because there was what, 5 of them and one of him. dont treat authority with respect and they'll do the same back at you
i probably would have done the same thing if i was in the cops situation. Gotta keep kids under control somehow. Being without a car makes it hard to keep them in one place, show them you can kick some ass and put them in their place and they'll learn their lesson.
