loads of smoke

i have a CB7 with 270k miles on it and every time i start it in the winter or when i get on it while driving i get alot of smoke from under the car and the tail pipe, i know i have a leak at the exhaust manifold but i cant figure out why sooo much and its kinda a blueish color.. any suggestions ???

well more than likely your valve stem seals have never been replaced. thats what it sounds like since its burning oil and blowing out smoke when you get on it hard and when you start it up when the seals are cold. but also could be worn rings.

mine does the same i have a 91 accord. the only time mine does this smoke act is when i red line it in 1st and when i go into 2nd the smoke comes.

yep either the valve seals are shot and/or the piston rings are done, but considering its an F22A, the pistons last a long time on those. I bet its the valves.

Either Rebuild, or do another F22A, or swap in an F22B1 or even an H22 :kermit:
