New to this site, few questions.

What's up guys, my name is Ryan I've always had a Honda currently drive a 2010 FA5 Atomic Metallic Blue. I also am a member on 8thcivic.com. Few questions, I read through the sites rules and regulations. inside the Sites Rules it says no posting of For Sale/Wanted OUTSIDE of the Marketplace. So I went to the Market Place and inside that sections Rules it says no posting of For Sale/Wanted. Is there some posting requirement quota I have to meet or is there just no selling of items on here?
