If this site is so "full of hate and drama" what would you do different

I am seeing alot of people identify the problem, but what I am looking for is what do you as the community suggest we do to better resolve the issues.

People would just need to police what they type and post, but I don't think alot are capable or willing to do that.

And for the record, I'm talking about ALL PEOPLE in general. Not just on this forum, but people on other sites, people you walk pass on the street, etc etc.

How about having a troll bin or something like that with a 3 strike system. If you get put in the bin 3 times, you get banned, simple as that. And just a few examples of things that could land you in there are: personal threats, constant derailing of threads with you trash, etc.

I thought there was something like that here. Maybe it needs to be used more then. I don't really know how effective it is/would be, but it's an idea/option though.

i figured you might have known. i was just posting that so that it is known and the thread doesnt get derailed onto the subject of a troll bin.

im in the same boat as zach(waffles), i would like to hear opinions and suggestions and am here to observe and see what is said.
