Not to extreme, but when i was putting my car back on the ground with the jack, i forgot to move the jack stand away from the body of the car. it made a small dent thats not very noticable.
Just recently i tightend one of my lugs too tight and i think it skipped a thread because it is very hard to loosen the bolt. btw the bolt is not even matted with the wheel.
