How about, I took my car to next level, they shut down, I had to use to the cops to find my car in a storage center, all to have it taken to Light speed to get finished where it was completly stripped by a thief (supposedly).

only one I can think of right off the top of me head...i started my HMT style turbo'd hatch with 550cc injectors and a stock ecu...had gas soaking the exhaust manifold!

Oooh, how bout this. putting a set of aftermarket LCAs on a 96 civic coupe. Didn't notice that the box I got was for 92-95 civic. Damn near had them on there before I realized that and gave up. talk about 40* positive camber!

Ouch, but a ton of us have come close to that ... saw it happen to a car on track at speed

Don't you love how angry you can get at yourself when dorking up like that. If you know someone with a winch and get creative, might be able to straighten up a bit

Was working a bit quick and on 3 cars at the time. put oil in one of the oil changes to find out that I didnt put the drain plug back on <.<; ... Also was doing a tire repair when i first started working. someone tweaked out the buffing tool so as i held it on the spot it ate it down to the steel belting. funniest thing to ever happing to me wial working on a car was when I took a step back and bam forgot there was a tire there... yeah everyone in the shop laughed at that one only to then get shot in the face with gasoline as i pulled off one of the fuel hoses from the fuel pump. (FYI i was droping the gas tank to replace the fuel pump)

I made a pretty dumb mistake doing my last oil change. Accidentally dropped the new filter down into the bucket of old oil.

I ordered 1.5mm lugs for the s, figured they would send the right size so w/o looking at them I put them on. I did realize it was a tight fit but i wanted them on so bad i just said fuck it.

After I got them on, i realized they were 1.25mm lugs.
