I am conflicted here, you are talking like you like these cars? Despite them having body kits (traditional rice) and a whole lot of JDM (which according to your sig is the NEW rice)99preludesh;114898 wrote:because some people actually like to be different instead of throwing on some wheels and a lip kit.
yes... weight is the ONLY difference between skyline and prelude quarter mile times.... but just in case, I hear that the RB motors just drop right into preludes, you should go for it!'therythym87;114879 wrote: ...id def consider doin that to my 5th gen...but i think to jus get the rear lights and body done its like round $5,000...so its still cheaper than an actuall skyline but i think the lude weighs more so it might not run the exact same times. do you guys think it would be worth it for me to take the time and money and make my lude a hybrid too? ....i could always try and put a R33 - 34 or 35 engine in??

hy·brid
1. Something of mixed origin or composition.
2. Something, such as a computer or power plant, having two kinds of components that produce the same or similar results.
Hes putting 2 different cars together, prelude and skyline, so that infact a hybrid

I really dont quite see where I typed "OH MY GOSH I LOVE THAT!" I said I have seen a couple put together nicely. And yep sure enough JDM is the new rice.
Also if its a STOCK OEM skyline bumper thats not an after market body kit.
Hes talking about converting it to a skyline look alike...obviously the white one just has a body kit which is NOT a hybrid but hes tlaking like he wants to convert to a full skyline look a like.Silver Knight;114905 wrote:you never anwered my question. so iyiyiyiyiyi yourself
