wow that guy is still in the hospitol. im glad he has to do 500 hours of cc he will actually have to work one day in his life, but his friend should have been wearing a seat belt. if he did then nick proly would be in less trouble i always make sure that my passenger is wearing one. seatbelts ftw

All that punishment is nothing compared to what he will go through the rest of his life mentally.

ya, his friend will be in the hospital for the rest of his life. he had severe brain damage and i believe is a vegetable now. i was reading more on it yesterday and the hogan family was saying that graziano used to be like a family member, and celebrated birthdays and stuff at their house. so its gotta be hard enough losing a best friend, and knowing it was your fault for what happened, and now he's in jail for it. and being only my age too, i cant imagine
