Honda Ruckus

I've been looking around for cheaper means of transportation around campus and i found the Honda Ruckus. It's a 49cc moped style scooter that gets around 100 mpg. It does around 40 mph and it's legal on the streets without having to license or insure it. Do any of you have experience on one or own one? i would like to get some input on one before i look into buying one.

anything under 50cc you dont need a license or insurance, but I think you are still required to have a helmet.

My buddy played football at Florida, and all the players had scooters. He said it was funny as shit to see 300 pound dudes riding scooters.

If any of you ever been to key west.Thats everyone rolls down there is mopeds.A ruckus would own down there.The superstreet article explains alot and they give you a site to basically build one. Hr240 why dont you walk to school?

we're getting a house next year. on a nice day, i could walk but it's a little bit of a trek. the ruckus would turn that walk into a fun little cruise
