Saw a white integra lowered with fart can on telegraph today around 2:30. I was driving my wife's car and this cop comes flying up behind me and I'm wondering WTF is going on. He throws on the cherries so I get over and he goes around me and pulls over this integra. I go to QT and on the way back this kid is in cuffs being shoved into the cop car.

Anyone on here??? Well, if you are on here chances are you won't be seeing this anytime soon.
