Anyways, why are you going to buy a expensive ass alienware Laptop? Are you plaing on playing hadcore games, or rendering on it? You dont need it. Buy a medum priced laptop from dell, and be happy.

naw hardcore gaming. i move around too much to have a desktop.

if youre not going to be doing any gaming, go with dell. id wait like a month before you buy because theres going to be good deals on laptops and other computers for tax refund season. what do you use your desktop for mostly? (games, photoshop, internet, media, ex...)

I agree with everyone else. Go for a Dell, and buy the ram separate. You can get 4 gigs of laptop memory for ~$75 vs. Dell asking price of <$300 just to upgrade from 2 gigs to 4 gigs.

GAMES lol i just posted that up but thats about all i use my cpu for is gaming!! and then at night i use it for the internet.

alienware is some awesome stuff. my buddy got one and his is freaking awesome. i think he paid like 2200 for it

Well the battery life is going to eat cawk. So plan on always having it plugged in, also, plan on a cooling dock, those ailenware rigs run hot as fawk. I still think your wasting your money though. And im positive you use more than your cpu for gaming. lolz.
