Need some knowledge

first off,, in defense of my freind.. you avoided him when he wanted the rest of the money you owed him.. the motor would work in the car, you just dont have a fucking clue about anything dsm. the n/a 4g63 block is the same as a turbo block.. its all about the added bolted on stuff. the stuff you had to take off the old motor and put on it. but since you refused to pay him the rest of the money you agreed upon. that makes you a shitty buyer. greg doesnt owe you squat.. you got a 2g talon turbo for a cheap deal.. you just scammed him and then run your mouth on this site making him look like the bad guy.. if ya cant afford a car.. dont agree to buy one.. especially if later on down the road you decide ya dont like it anymore and refuse to pay someone

we agreed on $2000 for the talon. we gave him $1000, took it back and started on the swap. the n/a and turbo heads are not the same and the engine he gave me to swap would have lasted about 50 miles. dont believe me call matt at HTP, because that is where we took it and that is exactly what he told me. we delayed giving him the rest because of the motor problem, and then a week or 2 later when we tried to contact him, he would not answer any calls or anything. my mom went a little overboard with calling, but still. he then had us talk to his wife, who agreed to take $500 more and give us the title. i then wrecked the integra, and that is when i took it to HTP. we contacted james to give him the $500, and then were going to pay the $1500 to get it out of the shop(totaling $3000 for a car that was supposed to be $2000). he then said we never agreed on $500 and said he would not give us the title for any money, and was going to report the car stolen. We told him the car was at HTP, and that to get it out he would have to pay the money, and left it at that. I talked to matt about a month ago(because i STILL wanted to buy the car) and he told me that they junked the car because he never contacted him or anything.

i could afford the car, and really did want the car. if james had cooperated like a decent person, instead of giving me false information, avoiding contact with me, and then threatening to call the police when i tried to give him money for the title, i would be driving it right now and wouldnt have the problem of needing a car.

you dont know all the information, so let him defend himself

im just telling you what i know. he might have a different view on it, but my main point was that the egines arent the same and we tried to pay him. but anyways

ya.. i just know he wanted me to repo the car from you guys.. and i told him to just sue ya.. its easier....
