Chris (Phate) and Justin (JMBurton), I think I have found your match. Guitar Hero 3 Dragonforce and the kid gets over 600k in points. Oh yeah, he is 9 years old.

Why do you say that? Just because he is good at a game? My friends and I are good gamers when we were growing up and we played outside a lot. Some people are just good and doing things and pick it up rather quickly. I'm still good with games, not as good as I used to be, but still decent. At least the kid is playing a game that requires a lot of movement, hand eye coordination, and quick thinking.

Yeah, it just seems like the amount of time that would have to go into that game to be that good is ridculous. I guess he could be an otherwise active kid, it just seems like all his time would go to video games. You know how kids are with games, or atleast kids I have known. It's a struggle to just get them to go outdoors. It is a hobby though, so atleast he's got something going.

I do agree with you. There are kids out there that will just play and play and do nothing else. I'm totally against that. I believe kids should go out and do things. Like I said about my friend and I. We went outside and always went and explored a wooded area. (We lived behind Creve Coeur Park) We had a blast doing it too.

I know that people say "if only they spent that time learning a real instrument, they would be awesome." Thats true, but look at it this way. Which is more fun? Something that you spend time learning and being able to play or doing something that all of your friends are doing and seems way more fun because they are doing it too?
