blues trade doug weight to the ducks, and in return are receving Andy MacDonald. WTF... andy was going to retire at the end of last year and we took him, he's done for? his time has passed and he has ha a struggling season any way. WHAT THE HELL sait louis? :angry8::angry8:

youre silly. Yeah this surprises the crap out of me and kind of dissapoints me. Even though Weight was just starting to come around this season I liked watching him play. It seemed like he was more of a threat in the offensive zone this year and moved the puck well. I was real impressed with his play along the boards as well. Something must have happened because this came out of nowhere.

well look at the ages of the traded players.. weight is 36.. as apposed to th other guy bein 30, and andy also has past experience playing with kariya, so this could be a decent trade after all

Yeah Im not totally opposed the trade, but I did like Weight. You bring a good point with the Kariya thing. I personally dont understand why the lines got switched up because it used to be Kariya Boyes and Tkachuk and that seemed to work the best. It seemed like that line scored early and consistently. Oh well, we just need to win a damn game, 3 games with one point is killing me.

i don't fallow players to offten but line changes usually occur when a team stratagy(sp) changes. be it spreading the tallent, working on offenceve, or deffenceive play, or some times it's just a shitty coaching staff making bad calls.
