Price on a B20 CRX

So my friend was thinking about selling me his CRX HF and we were trying to figure out a price. Drives great and is like a go kart to drive.

Good
B20B under 80k miles
Integra Tranny (I think)
Full Tokiko Shocks and Struts
Full car poly bushings
rear lower tie bar
Front upper strut bar
Integra rear disk brake conversion
Drilled and Slotted Brakes
15'' Falken High Perfomance Tires (RT-615)
Nice Five Spoke Alloy
Ram Air Intake
Performance Header
Body in Good Condition with a few paint flaws
After market Headlights
No Power Steering

Bad
Needs new tie rod which he has
Needs new wheel bearing soon
Needs EBrake Cable
Speedo Cable
Idle Crontrol Valve clean or replace
No A/C because of swap
190k miles on Original Body (whats left of it at least)
Little bit a a 3rd gear syncro prblm nothing major

He was thinking 3000 I wasnt sure about it.
He said he might be able to go down a bit but
I dont want to screw him over or anything and
want to give him a fair price.

Agreed on the price. But pictures would help out alot better and putting a B16a head on that thing makes it a beast.

The problems on the car out weigh the good things about it. I think $2,000 is fair.
