either way, the dizzy and alt are missing, and they were missing when the shipping company delivered... hmotors should compensate.

I agree 100%, if you trusted the guy with opening up the motor then there should be no problem...seriously what would he want with the alt and dizzy?

Call h-motors they messed up they should compensate for it.

we get 15-20 swaps a year from Steve at Hmotorsonline I he has never done us wrong. If you your self didnt take the plastic wrap off the engine you cant say if they were or werent there to start with or if someone from the shipping company or the shop took them. At this point I dont see anything that shows who is truly at fault here.

I've e-mailed them the pictures yesterday. They gave me a call around 9:50 P.M. last night, but I wasn't able to be reached, so I will call them back today.

If the alternator and distributor were on the motor in fact, I don't know why he refused to send me the pictures or any other information I had. :dunno:

I question whether he really has pictures or weight and is just keeping the burden of proof on you, and calling a bluff that you will go through the effort to take and send pictures ... I'd say they're just suspecting you're making a false claim there's missing parts so you can resell the ones they would send again

Sounds like a bad deal.

But if you take the shops point of view, you could just be another deuch wanten some free money (not sayin you are)

I dunno hope it works out for the best
