Thats a actual how should i say ummm case. It's called club foot and normally in most cases it's only done to one foot, in very rare cases can it be seen to both feet.

If caught early as a baby they will break the bone and slowly mend it back around by using casts. Alot of cases cause the person to either be pigeon toe'd or somewhat faceing out, it's just something that happen's to some people weird to see.
