Well everything is basically done as of today (carpet, appliances, counter tops). The city of Wentzville just turned on our water this morning so I couldn't test out the tankless and the cleaning folks couldnt get in there to clean up the remaining construction mess. But we were able to partake in a little ceiling fan action today. T minus 9 days till closing.:thumbsup2:

LMK how that water heater works. Were building a lake house soon and are considering it. Only bad part is that we heard they blow out after about a year.

Don't know who told you that. I know folks that have had Rinnai tankless systems for 20 years. Best in the biz.
