best way to remove paint

shit, i don't know where this would fall under as..but what's the best way to remove paint off of, let's say, a valve cover and an oil cap?

Yup, take it to a wash n spray car wash and air craft strip it let it sit for a few and power wash it off. You may need to do this a couple times.
