I know someone who also knew the girls and from what I was told the driver made the U turn in one of those "emergency vehicle only" U turn areas.

Either way, very sad to hear. :( My condolences to the families.

Well i got the story at dance last night.

She was getting onto the highway but instead of going 70 east she was in the lane to go 70 west so she made a u-turn into the suicide lane(middle turn lane), while she was pulling out the guy in the truck was going way to fast and smashed into her passenger side.

So it's really a 50/50 thing.

Either way I hope Dre is doing ok with everything, because I know its probably very hard knowing that.

she would get pressed with charges of involuntary manslauter...... my best friend was killed in a car accident like this. and they tried to pin charges on the driver, but the driver was another one of my good friends. and the families loved each other and didnt press charges.

My condolences and prayers go to everyone that knows her. sorry bout everything steph.

Life is precious and short...one thing I notice down here that some STL people cannot drive! Whats with the changing lanes and no signaling?

Today, I was with my gf on hanley going N-bound. A car from the opposite direction was down s-bound, busted a U-Turn while me (right lane) and a car (left lane) were still going N-bound speed limit. WTF!!! so car on left honks and brakes then the s-bound car doing the uturn then turns into my lane. WTF. stupid lady. she also had a kid in her backseats as well. wow. im not just bitching about one event, it happens everyday. i just cant wait to see how STL drives when snow hits..
