Ok, so i go up to Midas to get my tires balanced-only $32. I can live with that.
So, they give me back my car (88 4ws). I take ONE turn and i notice that my back wheel shifted. I was like WTF!!! I got out of my car imediately and low and behold, the fucking lugs were not tight. I could tighten them with my fucking hand!
I went into the place and fucking shouted at them "THE FUCKING LUGS ON THIS THING ARE NOT TIGHT". They took care of it, but when i got home (a half mile away), I rechecked everything.
also, my wheels are so ghetto that they had to put sticky magnets on the inside of the wheels. I can see them and they look gay.
any way to remedy that problem other than getting decent wheels? (which i cant afford at the moment)

sticky weights are better... at least I would rather have stickies than big ugly weights clamped to the outside of the wheel.

unless you want your wheels static balanced, then you have to live with the sticky weights. the hunter machine will actually hide(to the best of its ability) the weights behind the spokes.

If you don't like them, just paint the inside of the wheel and the weight bronze like the rest of your wheel. Theres no other way around hiding the sticky weights without throwing that $32 down the drain.

+1 Sticky weights are better for your wheels man but your lucky you noticed the lug nuts before too much damage was caused.Spork;78344 wrote:sticky weights are better... at least I would rather have stickies than big ugly weights clamped to the outside of the wheel.

Put some silicone on those weights though, most of the time the lazy fucks don't clean the wheel before they stick them on causing them to fall off in a few days.
