broken lca bolts

what is the best way to get broken bolts out? i broke one this mornig and have no clue how to get them out any help would be awsome

How did the bolt break and where? I just impacted the welded nut on the car and used a whole new nut and bolt.

yeah i just put a 19 mm and a 1/2 inch drive rachet on it and broke the welded nut off by hand. i wish we could of used air tools but it wasnt at my house so we didnt have a compressor
