The NHL is here again!

If there are any hockey fans here, please chime in.

Im pumped for the blues' season, I think we are going to do very well. As for the NHL itself, they are still pissin' me off. The lockout ruined a lot of things, then them coming back with the rule changes made me even more angry. They did away with the 2 line pass rule, penalties were called much more often, and the worst of all...the shoot out. I hate the shootout with a passion because it does not determine who the better team is. Now, there are talks of increasing the sizes of the net. Since when has ice hockey been a sport that needs rediculously high scores? The day ice hockey starts scoring like roller hockey, I give up on them. /rant, hope people care enough to share their opinions.

Hockey pwns. It barely gets any coverage on TV, so I'm just happy with getting to see it at all.

For sure. I went to a preseason and we looked to be clicking real well. We beat the wild 4-2 and the line with Kariya, Weight, and Boyes was looking great. Im so excited.

drew you shouldnt be one to go doggin on roller hockey considering thats your high school sporting career

well obviously you werent a true hockey fan if you can live with a lockout? whats your favorite sport you name it and its most likely had a lockout...if it involves teams that is baseball hockey football basketball they all had lockouts???:dunno:
