No no its ok. I have called them and they never answer, so I leave a message and my adjuster hasn't called me back. She is going to get bitched out when she finally does call. The longer they take, the more 7-11s I want. lol

some bitch hit me a month and a half ago and it took them a really long time to get my car back to me and I had to send it back 4 times because, they stupid and tried to half ass it instead of just repainting it!!!!

wow that sucks to hear can you tell your insurance company that its still not fixed and you want to want it somewhere else, i know a place that i take all my insurance work to, they have never halfassed anything
