Find me a house to rent

So I need a place to live soon, i am trying to keep rent under 1000, and at the least i need 1 bed, 1 bath and a garage.

Apartments are ok to if they have a garage where i can work on a car.

for $1000 a month you can buy a house.

right, but i am going to wait for about a year so I can save up a good down payment and also be making more money by then

saving for a year might knock $10 a month off your payment just go get a house, renting is just throwing money away then you dont have to worry about saving, hell when i bought my house i got money back on closing and if you are a first time home buying i recommend a USDA they have great deals for their first time buyer program

Again I am not looking to buy right now. Not only was the down payment part of that but you missed the key point of I will be making more money then.

There are a hundred houses for rent in Dogtown, and house next to my girlfriend's house is about to need new renters. It doesn't have a garage but I do:tongue3:, for $1000 a month you should be able to find a decent place. But do think about buying.

dude, you might not want to hear it again but dont rent a house its like throwing your money away. my house payment is under $1000, if you really must get a cheap apartment and use my garage
