Rainmeter.net. I'm still trying to figure out how to completely use it. I'd suggest lurking around 4chan's Wallpapers/General section. It'll teach you a little about how to have awesome desktops and help you find dope wallpapers and skins.

I've been lurking for new wall papers that will work for my new dual monitor setup I'm running but it's hard because my primary is 1600x900 and my secondary isn't a wide screen. I really like that one you're running though rob.
